This collection consists of the papers of John P. Rousakis, arranged into four series. The mayoral series is further arranged into the following three subseries: correspondence; subject files; speeches; and campaigns. A proper name index follows the photograph inventory; it lists people who are identified in the photographs, and therefore is not a complete listing of every person found in the collection. The boxes containing photographs are noted as "VM" (visual materials) in the collection inventory.
